I joined UnlockSurveys recently and invested my time completing several surveys properly. Without any warning or explanation, my account was suddenly suspended. No email, no notice, nothing.
Users deserve transparency, especially when time and effort have already been put into the platform. I have already contacted support about this situation and I never got a reply regarding this issue.
It feels awful to dedicate real time to a platform, follow the rules, and then be shut out without any clarity. It’s confusing, discouraging, and honestly very disheartening. Nobody wants to feel like their time doesn’t matter.
I hope UnlockSurveys addresses this quickly. I will update this review once the issue has been properly handled.
