I joined UnlockSurveys recently and invested my time completing several surveys properly. Without any warning or explanation, my account was suddenly suspended. No email, no notice, nothing.
Users deserve transparency, especially when time and effort have already been put into the platform. I have already contacted support about this situation and I never got a reply regarding this issue.
It feels awful to dedicate real time to a platform, follow the rules, and then be shut out without any clarity. It’s confusing, discouraging, and honestly very disheartening. Nobody wants to feel like their time doesn’t matter.
I hope UnlockSurveys addresses this quickly. I will update this review once the issue has been properly handled.
Initially, the surveys were fantastic, offering 2500 points for $25. However, after reaching $100, the quality of surveys significantly decreased, and payouts became increasingly delayed. I only received payouts after following up via email. Now, I often get just a few surveys daily, or sometimes none at all. It had great potential at first, but after hitting a certain threshold, opportunities dwindled.

I emailed them about missing points on October 21st and haven't received any response. They were much better at replying before. I took a survey worth $7.50 but got no points. I'm still waiting for a reply. This used to be a good site for earning money.
This is utterly useless! I responded to an ad for a $10 gift card bonus, but it turned out to be a scam. After providing my information through a lengthy process, I couldn't find the bonus. You need 2500 points to cash out, but they only offer small amounts, requiring many surveys and months to earn a measly $25. I spent 30 minutes on one survey, answering the same questions repeatedly, only to earn 100 points. Avoid this!
