I had a problem with the sizing of a bra and they offered to send another, reducing significantly the stress around the purchasing experience and making it feel like an overall tailor-made product.The set came in and it was very pretty, along with a couple of self care gifts, it made me feel super empowered and feminine which is I guess the idea of the brand.The attention to detail in both client handling and the products is incredible! will surely purchase again :)
