Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with these guys. I followed the sizing guide and the first set didn’t fit, fair enough, I didn’t complain but asked them to change my size, which they Advised they did as it didn’t work on the website, they then sent me both the wrong size and sent wonky stitched garments. I really wanted to love this company but I’m out £80 with no wearable sets.Update - unfortunately the set was sold out by the time my replacement was due to get dispatched and I was quite upset, however Jess in the team went out of her way to be extremely patient with me, came up with an amazing compromise and helped me every step of the way.Her customer service is 10/10 and whilst I have not renewed my subscription for now, if I ever do it will be because of her and how she dealt with me, she’s definitely an asset to your team. Thank you Jess!
