I really REALLY wanted to love this company and gave it three months to make up my mind as a subscriber but also bought three packages from them. I can tell you this, the first set from the subscription was beautiful and fit like a glove, although the bra had a weird cupping situation, it made my breast be pointy and didn’t follow my natural lines. I loved the garter belt and I thought it was very cute. They shipped it out a little late but that’s ok.The second order was waaaaay too small, but I didn’t update my sizing, which was really confusing. They sent it way late and I got it after they released what kind of lingerie we were getting, which was disappointing. Now I’m on the third month and they have revealed what we are getting and I haven’t gotten a shipment confirmation but have updated my size.About the three orders from the collection. I ordered the first one in xS and again, it fit like a glove. After I got the second subscription I decided I wanted to order in small, when I got it I could fit another human in there with me! And I got no bra… just the underwear and a sock strap. I got it refunded. The third order was really disappointing. It had been a week since I ordered and no shipping confirmation, so I contacted the customer service and they told me it had not gone through on their end and I got the confirmation at the end of they day. Great customer service! Although when it arrived I had half a set(no bra) in small and a full set also in small. It fit like a glove again but the cupping on that one was doing that weird thing again where it made my nipples pointy. I got a refund on the half-set thing.Again I really wanted to love this company. But the sizing is to inconsistent, they ship inconsistently and they made my breasts be pointy, as in the seams were not in the correct spot. The customer service is good as long as you have read the guidelines on their site. I’m giving you two stars instead of one because of them.
