I ordered two sets during Black Friday and only received my package four months later, despite the website claiming delivery within 5-7 days.During that time, I sent dozens of emails, and many of them were ignored. It wasn’t until I contacted my bank that I finally received a proper response, at which point they offered to refund the shipping fee.When the package finally arrived, I was also required to pay customs fees (around €25), which I had not been informed about. Had I known about these additional charges, I wouldn’t have placed the order.To make matters worse, the sizing advertised on the website does not match what I received, and the quality does not justify the prices charged.I decided to order from unndr after seeing the brand promoted on Instagram as a “luxurious experience” with premium packaging. However, the items arrived in a simple plastic bag, and one of the Black Friday promotional gifts was missing.Overall, this experience has been exhausting, poorly managed, and far below what was promised. I do not recommend this company.
