Tried the trial box, slowly introducing it to our cat's as they have had bad reactions in the past to new food, however we've only got through a few tins and they're already trying to rebill for £109 a week later. I can understand a trial leading to a subscription, but to jump from £14 to £109 is outrageous and within such a short time frame
On top of that, it's difficult to cancel the subscription as i've had to email them to stop it, as you can't cancel the order on the email.
If they seem to tout the product is as high quality why the need for these ruthless business practices
