Tried the trial box, slowly introducing it to our cat's as they have had bad reactions in the past to new food, however we've only got through a few tins and they're already trying to rebill for £109 a week later. I can understand a trial leading to a subscription, but to jump from £14 to £109 is outrageous and within such a short time frame
On top of that, it's difficult to cancel the subscription as i've had to email them to stop it, as you can't cancel the order on the email.
If they seem to tout the product is as high quality why the need for these ruthless business practices

Not only do they eat ever morsel ive noticed my old cat of 20+ has really benefited from the change Her coat is shining & feels like it used to when she was in her teens, her smelly litter tray habits are greatly improved & she is noticeably more active, even playing with khooshki again. He is only 4 & was a little overweight, hes lost some weight, is eating every morsel & again his coat looks fantastic again. I love how i can tailor to the individual cats different needs & be able to alter dates & adjust delivery options & dates
Always loved by my cats. I emailed customer service about how to manage my subscription, and although doing PAYG wasn’t an option, communication was clear, polite and an alternative solution given. I am still subscribed a year later!

I have been using untamed for a few weeks now since the trial and my cats absolutely love it! I have a subscription for 5 cats however I have 10! But I split the cans between them daily, this is not a lot of food I know but as they are used to being on dry food all their lives they are so much happier already. I would love to be able to give them a tin each but I couldnt possibly afford it each month. Untamed is so easy to use the website and they kindly gave me some lickable treats extra for my cats which they LOVE. I'm so happy they are getting the life they deserve thanks to untamed!!!
My Cookie loves the food from Untamed. He is a very fussy eater, and this is the only food he is enjoying, I can say he is addicted. Apart from that, my kitten is very energetic, his fur is very healthy and soft, the litter is not as smelly like before. I am very happy with Untamed, and I am sure that Cookie is happy too
My cat and kitten seemed to love it at first but then turned their noses up soon after and were so happy to get back to Felix. I get that it's supposed to be great for them but they really didn't like it and messed with their guts. Not worth the money in my opinion. My 16 yr old boy been on Felix all his life and his fit and healthy. I think it's a bit of a fad
Fantastic cat food and treats!
We are pretty fussy about what food we will give our cat and are so pleased e came across untamed! Our cat loves the chicken/chicken and duck flavours and always licks his bowl clean! We are confident we are feeding him top quality food and for a really reasonable price. His coat is in great condition and he has loads of energy too!
Highly recommend this company - we have been using them for a good number of months now and we are so pleased to see their stock in Tesco as well now - my mum buys it for a treat for her cats too!
My cat is 10 years old and has always been a fussy easter, we'd changed food so many times and yet I was still throwing food out when she wouldn't finish her meals. I hated buying all of the supermarket brands that are full of rubbish and we eventually thought we'd give untamed a try. I will NEVER be going back, she cleans EVERY single bowl and actually enjoys her meals now. We feel much happier that we are giving her something that is healthy and full of protein and more so not full of rubbish ingredients. We are very happy
My 2 cats have had to spend a year in my parents' home during a move, as this gets delivered I was able to change the delivery address and know they would keep eating food they love, which was a big deal as they are fussy and easily get upset tummies. There was an occasion the courier did not leave the box in the safe place, I missed the email and my parents told it a week later that their food hadn't arrived, turns out they'd returned it as they were unable to deliver. I emailed Untamed (who were not at fault a single bit) and they sent a rushed order so it would arrive before my cats ran out of food. Cannot praise Untamed enough, they really care about their customers and their product.
