We partnered with Unwrapit for our 2024 Year-End QC Gift program, and overall, the experience was positive. Our main goal was to show appreciation for our QC team’s hard work throughout the year, and Unwrapit helped us achieve this seamlessly and within budget.What Went Well:– Smooth, Well-Managed Process: From selection to delivery, the gifting process was efficient and organized. The Unwrapit team was responsive, helpful, and even provided us with two complimentary Campaign Boosts.– Exceptional Team & Portal: Working with Unwrapit was a pleasure. Their team is always willing to listen, quick to answer any questions, and brings a positive, “we can do it” attitude. The portal itself was user-friendly, intuitive, and gave us no issues throughout the campaign.– User Experience: Both administrators and recipients found the Unwrapit portal easy to navigate. It elevated the gifting experience beyond a simple email and provided valuable visibility into gift redemption rates and recipient feedback.– Design & Presentation: The gift options were visually appealing and aligned well with our company’s brand.–Digital & Environmentally Friendly: All gifts were delivered digitally, which was not only environmentally friendly but also eliminated the need to worry about shipping logistics or customs issues for our global recipients.– Tracking & Transparency: The ability to track how many of the recipients redeemed their gifts was extremely helpful for our team.– Timely Execution: The program was launched and completed on schedule, ensuring gifts were delivered before the end of the quarter.Areas for Improvement:– Mastercard Gift Issues: We understand this was Unwrapit’s first time offering Mastercard as a gift option. Many of our recipients experienced difficulties redeeming their Mastercard gift, with some encountering error messages. While the Unwrapit Help Center team was very responsive, the Help Center for Mastercard was confusing and led to some of our recipients ultimately giving up on redeeming their gift due to continued unresolved issues.– More Information Needed on Redemption Process: We would have appreciated more detailed information upfront about how the Mastercard redemption process would work, especially regarding the personal information required by the Mastercard vendor. Several recipients encountered issues because they were unaware of, or did not provide, the necessary information. Having this information in advance would have allowed us to better prepare and inform our recipients, reducing confusion and improving the overall experience.Conclusion:Unwrapit provided a unique and interactive gifting experience, supported by an outstanding team and a reliable, user-friendly portal. The digital nature of the gifts was a major plus, making the process environmentally friendly and hassle-free for our international recipients. While there were some challenges with the Mastercard gift option and communication around the redemption process, the overall experience was great. We look forward to seeing improvements in these areas and would recommend Unwrapit to other organizations seeking a professional, engaging, and easy-to-use digital gifting solution.
