I have been trying to update my address with the for months. They claim never to have received my form. Then they said they'd mail one out to me. I never received it. I try and ring the bank to change my address, their automated system hangs up on me/disconnects 3 times. I finally get through to someone, she barely speaks English, does not listen to me, and gives me wrong advice unrelated to my request. Infuriating customer service.
