I am extremely frustrated with how my account has been managed. Despite paying my balance before the due date on my statement, I was still charged extra interest afterward. This is unacceptable, as customers rely on the due date given, not some unknown internal calculation. Additionally, the company promised to contact me during the appeal period about my waiver request, but I never heard from them via phone, email, or SMS. The lack of communication and transparency indicates serious negligence in customer service. I expect banks to be clear, consistent, and reliable, and in this case, the company has failed on all counts.
