This is unacceptable, as customers depend on the due date provided, not on some hidden internal calculations. The company also assured me they would reach out about my waiver request during the appeal period, but I received no communication. This lack of transparency reflects serious negligence in customer service. I expect financial institutions to be clear and reliable, and in this case, the company has fallen short.

The company offers all the standard banking services. While opening an account can be time-consuming, they execute everything well afterward. I've been a customer for about four years without any issues. Their app is user-friendly and functions smoothly. I deducted one star because the branches tend to be crowded if you need counter service, though the staff are helpful.
I encountered unpleasant service from the account management staff. While the counter staff were helpful and efficient, the account management team was openly chatting among themselves, ignoring customers waiting for services that counter staff couldn't assist with. Even when the branch manager tried to intervene, they continued to disregard the situation. Given their attitude, I believe it’s best to take my business elsewhere.
After upgrading my card, I specifically requested the closure of my old card. The company assured me it would close automatically, but that never happened. After a year of follow-ups, I was double charged for annual fees on both cards. When I complained, they processed the closure but refused to waive the fees for the new card, even as a goodwill gesture. There was no apology or compensation, and the staff were rude. If this is how they treat customers after their mistakes, I strongly advise against banking with them.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible. I've been a loyal customer for about a decade. Now that I'm overseas, using the app has been problematic, including being locked out due to invalid OTPs, even though they were correct. When I called for help, the representative was rude. My emails went unanswered for a week, and the solutions provided were not convenient for overseas customers. I've used other banks that offer much quicker and more flexible customer service.
