This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible. I've been a loyal customer for about a decade. Now that I'm overseas, using the app has been problematic, including being locked out due to invalid OTPs, even though they were correct. When I called for help, the representative was rude. My emails went unanswered for a week, and the solutions provided were not convenient for overseas customers. I've used other banks that offer much quicker and more flexible customer service.
