Extremely unhappy with account service

I am very unhappy with the service regarding my account. Even though I settled my balance before the due date on my statement, I was charged extra interest afterward. This is unacceptable, as customers depend on the due date provided, not on some hidden internal calculations. The company also assured me they would reach out about my waiver request during the appeal period, but I received no communication. This lack of transparency reflects serious negligence in customer service. I expect financial institutions to be clear and reliable, and in this case, the company has fallen short.
