Everything sucks about UOB. The app is a mess (e.g. faceID keeps not working then I need to activate it again).I needed to change my mobile number about three months ago. Since then I have massive problems to access my account and use my UOB credit card.I can log into the browser online banking, and I "can" change my phone number and other details. The system tells me change was successful but when I log in again, nothing is saved.Some weeks ago, they send me a form to update my phone number via mail. I send it back, but nothing happened.Talked to a couple of officers via the phone, spending at least 30min each time. Everyone telling me something different, but nothing worked. At the moment it's impossible to reach someone on the phone hotline.Their whole software system is a mess. Stay away.
