Giving UOB one-star is over-rated

Giving UOB one-star is over-rated. Seems like there is not a single human being working in this bank. Their customer service hotline is never contactable, keeping us on hold for hours with no living soul answering the call. Need to ask for urgent credit card limit increase but was unsuccessful over the app. Was told to call customer service but no human working. This is by far the WORST bank in SG! Wonder what the CEO and Management have been doing, to allow such bad service to become one of SG biggest bank! Shame on you!
