Absolutely shocking customer service, our WiFi was meant to be installed on the 9th of December and they didn’t show, we then tried ringing them multiple times to get a new appointment and were told different things depending on who we spoke to, eventually got an appointment in the app for over a week and a half after our original appointment and once again they didn’t show, no communication or follow up from them.
