Completely unacceptable service. When I made the booking, I opted for a callback at 6pm since I was at work and unable to take calls. It was just after 2pm when I booked, and my phone rang repeatedly for the next two hours. I texted several times to remind them of my 6pm appointment, but they continued to call and eventually sent an email stating there would be no refund as they had called multiple times. Why offer the option for a later time if the staff on duty disregard it? I am now out of pocket due to their incompetence. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
