He was very articulate in explaining everything and gave me confidence in his diagnosis.
I was impressed that I had a phone hookup within 5 minutes of messaging and that he was able to access my records to supply the right prescription to me so no delay in treatment.
The step by step questions helps you to provide the necessary information. I feel there’s a big team behind, so you can get consulted by the appropriate Doctor. Dr Sarah Verrall is spot on. She even send me a follow up email to remind me to stay hydrated and lots of rest while waiting for the results.

tried so many times to load and reload ...paid for consult but was not able to access my referral..and there is no one to speak to you can only email them..very disappointed. it was a very important and urgent referral I needed today. The website only allows for re appointments. so you would have to make a double appt which is more money for them.
I had a staph infection. They’re common in BJJ. So I requested to get a prescription. The doctor had no idea what they were doing and kept declining the prescription and asking me to give him more information. I gave him everything, photos details and medical history, an explanation of why I got them and needed antibiotics. They never helped and I ended up having to go to hospital to get the treatment, because they didn’t give me the antibiotics. THEN I GET A $40 SUBSCRIPTION BILL to their “SERVICE” that I never signed up for. DO NOT USE THIS.

Observe their lack of response to negative feedback? Expect similar support from this service. The customer service could be seen as nonexistent. My inquiry went unanswered, and the support ticket was clearly avoided rather than properly handled. This represents a significant failure in basic customer support and is entirely unacceptable. Proceed with caution.
Completely unacceptable service. When I made the booking, I opted for a callback at 6pm since I was at work and unable to take calls. It was just after 2pm when I booked, and my phone rang repeatedly for the next two hours. I texted several times to remind them of my 6pm appointment, but they continued to call and eventually sent an email stating there would be no refund as they had called multiple times. Why offer the option for a later time if the staff on duty disregard it? I am now out of pocket due to their incompetence. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
