The medical certificate appointment lasted 1 minute. My daughter required an extra form to be signed for uni and the dr said no and hung up. I emailed Updoc and asked them if they could assist but no to any of my emails.
Updoc told me they would happily refund the medical certificate appointment I ordered, as soon as I purchased the telehealth appointment and still havent. Our experience was terrible customer service and a very substandard appointment. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.
