I applied for a certificate at 10:27am expecting a call from a doctor. At 14:50 a certificate was emailed to me. There was no consultation no verification regarding my well being just a certificate. During the long wait they kept offering to escalate my case for the payment of another $10.00. How can this be a legitimate service when the person issuing the certificate hasn't communicated with me?
