There are also constant minor issues disrupting workflows, which makes the platform unreliable. Influencers often face technical challenges too, complicating collaborations. Customer support is another major concern; initial contact is with an AI chatbot, and reaching a human agent takes several attempts. The influencer search feature is particularly weak, with irrelevant suggestions that make finding suitable profiles difficult. Moreover, customers are locked into a lengthy contract with no easy exit, adding to the frustration. Overall, this feels like an unfinished product rather than a paid service. The ongoing technical issues, poor support, and restrictive contract lead to a lack of value.
