Caution! A significant amount of money wasted, as I was promised some API functionality that turned out to be subpar, and the assistance provided was equally disappointing. I managed to get a portion of it functioning and implemented the suggested endpoints, but only some worked. I provided detailed documentation of the responses I received, yet their feedback was vague, merely stating that if I couldn't make it work, they'd refund the credits. There was no specific guidance regarding the endpoints they directed me to in an email. I attempted various methods and utilized testing tools, even trying things they didn't think would work, alongside many tests that were supposed to function. They sold me a package worth around 5K, knowing that the API was my primary requirement and the main reason I signed up. What’s almost as frustrating is the initial communication; they were very responsive before the sale, but once issues arose, there was silence. I waited three weeks once before having to reach out again. I wasted a lot of time and money with them. Even more frustrating is that I couldn’t run my campaign through them due to the failures. Imagine dragging this out for months and then needing to switch systems just to get some automation working. I hope your campaign isn’t time-sensitive!
