I booked a cruise last October, used Upgrade, i was supposed to make 6 payments, well any loan I have ever gotten, I always make more than the payment due, credit score was above 720. The loan was $700. In November I made a $500 payment. I kept getting notifications that I missed a payment in December. I set up an auto payment for January and final balance pd in February ( even though i didnt make a payment in December, i was ahead on payments. Because they said I was late making a payment, they put a negative remark on my credit, dropped me 84 points down to 644. I called to see if they would remove the negative remark, nope they wont. I've worked hard over the last yr to get my credit score up over 700, for the damn company to give me a negative remark. I have NEVER had a negative remark on my credit for late payment. VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I WILL MAKE SURE I NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
