I have never had so many issues out of a credit card company as I have had with Upgrade! First, within the first year of having the card was hit with charges in the UK totaling almost 3k and upgrade made me jump through hoops to prove it was fraud! Second after receiving a consolation loan to pay down credit my card was used even though there was no active card! I never activated the new card once my balance was paid down but somehow had 4 charges on my account even though there was no active credit card!!! And the customer fraud center is not helpful at all… more less condescending and rude!
