I had a dispute with ATM transaction, where I withdraw some money and the money did not come out out of the ATM back in February. I immediately called to dispute it. Every time I call no one has solid information to give me no one even knows what it’s really going on with My Account. I have called several times to get this resolved after escalating on yesterday. I received an email saying that the funds were put back in my account. The funds are still not in the account. I called today to see what’s the problem and no one can give me solid answer, even though the credit should be back in the account by now, since the dispute was approved
