Let me explain. This is a fantastic exchange. After year of use and literally onboarding over 30 people, I am now being threatened with account restrictions if I don’t provide sensitive bank, business and tax information. I’ve felt comfortable with Uphold having custody of my 50-70,000$ of digital assets. Sadly, I will be moving off this exchange. I can recommend them, but if you own a business or apparently if your KYC looks like an Oompa Loompa, be ready for a crappy bot support text thread with nearly 0 clarity of reason or comprehension.
