The fees are too high. They charge you a percentage to buy. Then again to sell wtf? You literally charge me an extra $0.05 per xrp. Then a fee if I sell. I like your app. It's easy to use. Haven't had much problems with its use,, but your fees are robbery. You're as bad as the federal government.
