All-over terrible experience! I ordered a boardgame on September with express shipping (2-5 business days) which I paid over 20€ for. On October 1st I emailed them to check where is the parcel and they informed me that the supplier has it in stock and they will update me once it's shipped. Fast forward to October 22nd and still no news, so I emailed them again and received the same vague response, so I pursued it further and that's when the customer support became rude, unprofessional and hostile, responding passive aggressively. At last they refunded me and I took my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
