1.) Didn't get 2/3 of my items as advertised by the site in my order. Two Items got cancelled even though they are listed as -IN STOCK- or were at the time of my ordering.2.) I had received an e-mail saying they had in error got an extra item of the one I had already in my order, and they got rid of both of my copies which I presume instead were to give to someone else. I KNOW this because of an earlier conversation stating I got 2 of the items (one of which was the item they had an extra copy of), then a week later I was down to 1/3 of the different items, how did I have something then suddenly did not??3.) Had to pay extra for UPS shipping even though none of that was mentioned beforehand what was the first shipping I paid for??.4.) Verrrrrrrryyy slllloooooowww. I ordered this more than a month ago and limited number of the items I paid for, it's only in transit now. During this month it wasn't in transit it just sat in limbo, while we had horrible back and forth ignoring my concerns and requests.5.) Didn't take any of my suggestions to compensate for missing items....just ignored my suggestions and by chance started losing items that were confirmed as there. This a rehash of what I said earlier.6.) Didn't acknowledge or respond to any of my e-mail concerns directly and I had to practically beg for them to ship it.7.) refunds for the missing items weren't by any means quick, I'm still waiting.This is 100% truth, and is NOT harsh. I gave them many opportunities to try and correct things and it fell on deaf ears. I even translated it into Italian thinking it was a language barrier and it didn't help anything. I'm normally patient but this tried mine. I WILL NEVER buy from this store again. Lesson learned.
