Purchased a product that should have arrived in 3/7 days. Ordered on the 2nd, to date on the 15th no package has yet been delivered. In the previous days, I tried to contact the customer service, however this is non-existent. I tried to use the "contact me" system on the site, to ask for information on the order, however I guess it's fake. Normally, one would also expect a copy of the request for assistance on their email, which never arrived, just like the eventual response. At this point, looking at the contact section of the site, it is declared an online chat, but is not present in any section of the site itself (at this point I started to doubt). I try to contact via the telephone number made available, however (coincidentally) there is no way to get an answer either, as the answering machine is always active (any time, any day). Following multiple failed attempts to contact them on the services they "offered" (for a "faster response" according to them), I sent an email to both of the two shown on the site (one for orders and one for information) to ask for cancellation and refund of the order. Needless to say, I did not receive a response this time either, even though their declared 24 hours were exceeded. Furthermore, on the "terms and conditions" page of the site, in the "payments" section it is stated that the payment of an order would be processed by PayPal, but this is not true. This statement is false. During the payment phase, there is no option to pay via PayPal. So, unfortunately, the only way to "receive" assistance is to contact the fake customer service of the website. I do not understand how this e-shop is still standing.
