I asked them and I got this response:At checkout we show the product price and our own shipping charges, but we do not calculate or collect customs duties, import taxes, or local handling/clearance fees. Those charges are:Set by your country’s customs and local authorities, andCollected by the carrier or local postal service, not by Upright.Because these amounts vary by country and carrier, we can’t reliably show an exact customs figure during the shipping selection process, which is why it doesn’t appear as a line item in your Upright order total.
