This was not changed even after immediate feedback and multiple notifications… The package could not be delivered – at least six attempts were made to contact the shipping company… The product was also advertised as suitable for the lower back – this is a lie – support was politely contacted ten times… to this day, no response… extremely poor rating. Diese wurde auch nach sofortiger Rückmeldung und mehrfacher Hinweise nicht geändert…Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden-es erfolgte mindestens 6 -malige Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Transportunternehmen… Werbung wurde auch für den unteren Rückenbereich gemacht - dies ist eine Lüge- Support wurde 10 mal höflich angeschrieben… bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung….. mehr als schlechte Bewertung
