Been so excited for a week to try this pet hair removing tool after seeing an ad. Finally arrived today. After about 5 minutes of use, I'm requesting a return/refund. It does not work on any of the three different types of carpet/rug I have. I have two long haired cats, and it doesn't even collect the fur I see, let alone scraping up embedded hair as the website claims. Tool is also deceptively small as compared with the images. Even if it did work as claimed, it would take a good hour to do even a small room. I guess I should have read the negative reviews more carefully; lots of people said that it doesn't work. They also say that customer service ignores you, but I'm hoping that doesn't turn out to be the case here. I'll come back and edit this when/if I get a response. SOOO disappointed.Addition: they did allow me to return it, but even though it doesn’t work, I still had to pay the $16 return shipping. Steer clear of this company.
