I placed an order for laundry tabs and a cleaning glove in mid-December, both marked as IN STOCK. Nearly a month later, I'm still waiting. I've sent numerous emails, as there's no phone support, and received minimal responses. They claim the glove is backordered, but I've been checking daily for updates and both items remain listed as IN STOCK. The customer service is extremely disappointing. I've had no issues with past orders, but now I'm considering canceling my order and reporting this as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company. It feels deceptive to list items as available when they are not.
