Avoid this company at all costs! They lie on their webpage about existing UPS Access Points, which are in fact closed. Parcels get rejected from being admitted to the access points that are supposed to be working. The notifications about the tracking status and the tracking information from customer support contradict each other. The experience is awful. There is a complete inability to file a full complaint about a delivery or even talk to a real person. I have not been able to get my parcel for three weeks, and now I’m starting to doubt that it even exists. The company’s service is below zero....
