Sad there is no 0 star option. Every time I get a delivery and it’s by UPS it’s an absolute nightmare. The logging in never works and sends you 50 times to the same page after logging in. Now it suddenly asks me to fill in my COMPANY details even though I only have a personal account and it won’t let me change the shipping details (I won’t be home) without. Then when I fill random stuff in it says the company doesn’t exist and the process stops. WELL BRAVO!

Avoid this company at all costs! They lie on their webpage about existing UPS Access Points, which are in fact closed. Parcels get rejected from being admitted to the access points that are supposed to be working. The notifications about the tracking status and the tracking information from customer support contradict each other. The experience is awful. There is a complete inability to file a full complaint about a delivery or even talk to a real person. I have not been able to get my parcel for three weeks, and now I’m starting to doubt that it even exists. The company’s service is below zero....

Like many other customers, I received an email stating that my package would be delivered today. I was at home all day. The room where I work is right next to the front door, with the window open. I immediately see and hear when someone comes to the door or puts something in the mailbox.However, no one came by. Yet within two hours I received an email saying that I was not at home and that they could not reach me. Now I have to pick up my package at a pickup point.This is very poor service. It seems that the delivery person was simply too lazy to do his job.
I was at home waiting for the delivery, including at the exact time when the status was updated to say that nobody was at home. This is simply false. I also have surveillance cameras and UPS did not come to my door.I have never had this issue with any other courier. With UPS, this has happened more than once and the experience has been consistently horrible.
I was supposed to receive 2 packages from UPS.Both packages were not delivered at home.The first was "on its way to my home" but got delivered 11 days later to a UPS access point that has remained closed for the last 1,5 weeks already. I can not pick it up.The second was also delivered to a UPS access point 30 minutes from here. Tracking information says the address is wrong, but in fact UPS customer service admitted they did not deliver it at home because they did not have time.They promised they would deliver both packages to my home, but they don't do it. So zero service from this company, and considering the other reviews here: avoid UPS!
I gotta say, the website/app is a menace and I had to put in drivers instructions multiple times, but they did so well. There's pretty heavy snow at the moment, and my delivery did get pushed back from somewhere in the early noon to 'end by day'. I did not expect it to actually arrive today either. Not only DID it arrive today, it was in between the original planned hours and at the exact place I asked the driver to put my package.
