I have ordered 2 things recently. While in lockdown, we´re all home all day and no one rang the bell to deliver the package. I just got a paper in the mailbox that they attempted delivery but no one was here, which is a lie, so it was delivered to some access point. So I got it delivered to me again and while being home ALL day again, no one rang the bell and the package was given to my mother-in-law´s partner few houses away. But weirdly, the second package was delivered normally, because the person actually checked if someone was home.
