No infrastructure.They just have no infrastructure, pick-up points or other flexibility at all. They just keep moronically doing the same thing 3 times and then their options for you are really poor. You end up having to chase them up constantly. Also, if they tell you to expect a delivery in a particular time-frame, dont believe them. It's a estimate and not based on actual information. I'm no fan of for example DHL either, but i'd choose DHL every time before UPS. It's a massive waste of time.
