Mailed a package to my granddaughter on 3/13/26 which was never delivered. I have filed a claim three times because every time I check on my claim I am told there is no record of my claim so I file again. The UPS store I used has even filed for me. Still, no action on my claim. Now today they are telling me the store must file the claim…..which they have already done. I am furious with the lack of care and concern. My granddaughter’s heart was broken over not receiving her gift package and I am out of the money I spent to purchase the items plus the shipping fee! UPS MAKES THE POST OFFICE LOOK GOOD !!! What a bunch of rip off artists!
