The ups driver delivered my package around 7:10 pm on 2/27/26 and he didn't follow the instructions about placing my package in front of my door instead the guy placed it on the side of my door further out of the way not allowing me to see the package from my video door camera, my neighbor knocked on my door to inform me that I had a package outside to keep some one from stealing it however the ups individual that delivered my package is very unprofessional and hell even maybe incompetent to...
Absolutely the most unreliable delivery company ever!!! Always changing times and day of delivery. Never deliver when they say they will. So frustrating. Blinds2Go you need to stop using them. It has made me vow never to order blinds from Blinds2go ever again because of UPS unrelability.
This is ridiculous! I made an online order DAYS ago, and it was only supposed to take 1 day to arrive and it’s been 3 days already. I called UPS support & spoke to agents twice but they didn’t help at all either, and just kept saying to wait for updates on the website. But i should’ve received my item already, & I really needed it smhhh. The website said it was being delayed because of weather conditions, but the weather already cleared. Honestly a horrible experience, and they should’ve done a better job at delivering

Systemic Failure: It is inconceivable for a global organization like UPS to lack an immediate resolution mechanism (manual override) when its systems fail to synchronize, especially after the customer has promptly fulfilled all financial obligations.
Lack of Accountability: During our repeated communications, not only were we provided with contradictory information, but we were also flatly denied the opportunity to speak with a Supervisor or Manager who could provide a solution to this deadlock."
The worst delivery company i have ever met. Do not ship anything internationally. it can stuck for days in customs. Not like DHL Express. The worst service you can ever get. no help to solve the problem. There is no help in chat in website, only call number.
Terrible service.
I would use another company to send parcels. Sent a packet to Spain and there were so many complications and could not get any help.
Terrible customer service when you habe problem and they charge you while you wait for someone to answer your questions.
An important medical package was sent to me via UPS. I was waiting to receive it yesterday but last minute they've changed it to today. Nobody called me and I now received a message it was delivered to a newsagent. I can only pick it up after 5:30pm with an ID which is very inconvenient and I could have been already in a hospital expecting a baby.
