Completely unacceptable; the support team is unhelpful and seems trained to mislead. They provide no assistance. Each day I call about my delivery, only to hear excuses like "incorrect address" or "the driver didn't call." They keep saying they sent my contact details to the driver, yet an hour later, I see "incorrect address" in the app. When I call back, the next representative claims they don't have my number. This service should cease operations.
