The service has been absolutely unacceptable, with rude customer support that seems trained to mislead. They are entirely ineffective. Daily inquiries about delivery yield no results—excuses like "incorrect address," "you're not at home," or "the driver didn't call" are common. Each time, I'm told, "we've provided your phone number and access code to the driver," yet an hour later, the app still shows "incorrect address." When I call again, the next representative claims, "sorry, but we don't have your phone number." This company needs to reconsider its operations.

This service should cease operations.
I was not informed about when my package would arrive, and it ended up being left at the wrong door. All I received was an email with a photo, and I had to go searching for it. I waited all day for the delivery, but all I got was a picture of it at the wrong location. I didn't sign for anything, even though it indicated that I should.
No option for zero stars. My watch, which I left at a hotel, was picked up and taken to a warehouse for a week, then returned to the hotel because the 'receiver' rejected it. I was the receiver and did not reject it. There’s been no response regarding next steps or a refund. I would never recommend this service.
I called customer support and was polite, but the representative was rude as usual. It seems that it doesn't matter how you approach them; they respond rudely regardless. They essentially hung up on me. I was trying to provide more information about other packages that were delayed, and I don't understand their behavior. Do they dislike their jobs that much?
The driver called in the morning and again before delivery, rang the doorbell, and quickly left with the package. I was at the door within seconds and saw the vehicle leaving. Then, the driver stopped answering calls and left the package at an arbitrary location. This is extremely unprofessional.
I paid extra for expedited delivery to receive an item before a specific date for work travel. I received two emails stating delivery attempts failed while I was at the correct address with the door open. No one even tried to deliver, and I had no contact number for the courier. A week later, still no package. I urgently called to ensure delivery before noon, but now I'm at the airport without my item. Truly appalling service.
