What was supposed to be a simple one-item delivery to my company's premises ended up requiring three delivery attempts, me spending 20 minutes on the phone waiting to get connected to an assistant and countless info emails from UPS. Basically, the driver wasn't sure which door to leave the parcel at and instead of calling me simply left and marked it as 'failed delivery'. The process left me frustrated, but at least the item was delivered undamaged.
