Daily inquiries about delivery yield no results—excuses like "incorrect address," "you're not at home," or "the driver didn't call" are common. Each time, I'm told, "we've provided your phone number and access code to the driver," yet an hour later, the app still shows "incorrect address." When I call again, the next representative claims, "sorry, but we don't have your phone number." This company needs to reconsider its operations.
