I think only once I have received a package from UPS without having some sort of issues, delays, contacting support, online status providing incorrect information, user unfriendly or lack of tools on website. When i got the shipping number from the sender and noticed it was UPS apprehensive. It took 3 days for UPS to pick up the package from the sender, arrived in a couple of days to the depot (1 hour away from where I live) I thought it will arrive next day! it has been 15 days and still no information about the package. I contacted them to offer to pick it up myself but they asked to contact the sender for them to file a claim.... I am still waiting for an expensive custom order that I dont even know I will ever see. 09.12.2025 They said the have found the package but that i need to be patient because they have a high volume workload at the depot... Does that mean that all the packages are also delayed by three months? so they have priority? What a disgrace!
