Avoid this service at all costs!

This service has been incredibly disappointing. I urge everyone not to trust them with your packages. I ordered car parts that never arrived at my address. They claimed to have delivered them to my front door, but I have multiple cameras showing that no package was delivered. Now, I have to fight for a refund or a replacement. I recommend finding a different option for sending your packages. This service needs to be held accountable for their treatment of packages and customers. I am considering legal action to see how they can dispute the evidence from my cameras.

UPS attempted delivery once and then…

UPS attempted delivery once and then delivered my package to an 'office' which is actually a clothes shop. I went to pick it up and the staff said they have no idea about any parcels, I asked her to check the back and she said no try again on Monday. I attempted a second time today and was told they do not have it and to wait for the manager. I paid £70 for shipping and UPS delivered it to a shop where staff are essentially withholding my package from me. Quite livid at the back and forth and lack of care and poor service of UPS when their job is to deliver parcels. Very careless and ridiculous

It is a shame Apple is chosing to work with this company. They have no customer service and their own collection points are closed and they still choose to deliver to a closed location and once the order cannot be delivered they will cancel your delivery and return the item.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Overnighted a package on a Thursday to arrive on Friday since my daughter needed her passport for a Sunday flight. They delayed till Monday at 9pm. I’ve delivered packages all over the world and I’ve never had a problem with other courier services. This was a simple package from Atlanta to Jacksonville. I will never use UPS again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible experience with no workarounds.

This company is so bad I m telling…

This company is so bad I m telling every do not trust this company for you're packages I've order car parts and the never even made it to my address they claim they delivered at my front door and I have over 6 cameras just on the out side of my property saying they didn't bring and package to my house now I have to fight for a refund or a replacement . So people try and use a different way to send you're packages this company needs to pay for the way they treat you're packages and treat a customer I plan on taking this company to court . See how they can prove camera wrong

Absolutely Horrendeous experience, drivers claiming "attempted delivery". Called UPS 10 minutes after notification regarding delivery, asked for a rescheduled delivery for the next day. Got confirmation on the Phone.Following day, nothing happens, call UPS again."it was delivered to a pickup station" 40 Minutes away from my home.What kind of Customer Experience even is this?The phone support was at least mostly friendly...

What did not work? Just everything. Literally everything. Worst of all: After trying one week to reach a human to solve a trivial problem: I doubt there are any left. All I got were nonsense answers from mediocre AI tools. Cherry on the icecream: Finally I got notified that the parcel was delivered. Bad news: Not to me. A Vince in area code 1170 in Vienna received it. No other infos (contact details, adress); value of the shippment €700. Speechless. Just speechless.

The service is soo bad

The service is so bad that i cannot describe, the App or web is not functioning, very incompetent people in the call center that not even communicate properly. I was waiting for the parcel 2 days at home, nothing came.Next time I will not buy at the shop if the delivery done by UPS. It is not worse it.

AWFUL!

AWFUL!4-5 day delivery from Japan turned into 4 days to Köln then 5 days of nothing...Then a SMS requesting proof of purchase and Bank statements to prove amount!Did that then...Another 4 days of non action. Then a bill for 75% of the items value...Tax should be 20%...UPS handling fees are the rest. Daylight robbery.Im still waiting for my parcel that should have been delivered 10 days ago!
