I'm awaiting a delivery - but I am out.
Using their website on my phone, I tried to arrange delivery to a local pick-up location.
I used the "One Time Change as guest" feature, it emailed me a one-time code.
Their system would not enable me to select a pick up location using Safari on iPhone - just refused to recognise me tapping on the chosen location.
So I got to a computer and tried again.
But it would not let me, because I had had my "One time". So I was forced to log in to MyUPS.
I have tried to do this many times and it just doesn't work, because their systems are garbage.
So I tried registering again. Can't because my email address is already in use.
Asked them to send an email with my UserName - it never arrived, because their useless MyUPS system cannot handle my slightly unusual but perfectly valid email address.
So here I am unable to interact with UPS in any way. Because their systems are garbage. I do not have this problem with DHL, DPD, Chronopost, Fedex.
Because THEIR systems are not garbage.
