Review Time
So I bought something recently and saw it was estimated to arrive in a little over a week. I'm going out of town when the package would arrive, so I decided to fork up some money for it to arrive sooner. But guess what, they extended the date by which it will arrive by a couple of days. I literally just paid for my package to arrive later. I can't even get in contact with support. Their billing support center links don't work for example. Speaking to this AI is equivalent to trying to explain to a neanderthal what the Pythagorean theorem is. Can't even escape the AI on the phone because it's there too, and it doesn't give a shit what you have to say. It's gonna talk when it feels like and make whatever decisions it feels like. It's actually mind-numbing. I can't even email them because the options on the drop-downs aren't there, and you can't proceed to the next page without selecting something. I think my dementia riddled grandfather could set up a better website than this.
Do not trust them they don't care about your time or your package.
They say, "we will deliver your package between 9-13," but they don't. After that, you will get a message that you can come and get your package... for me, I took 2 hours for driving and got my package
My parcel was never delivered. I was informed that I wasn't at home when I was actually watching the door. There was no sign of a delivery vehicle and no notice left. I can only assume my items were taken, and the company does not provide compensation for undelivered items or stolen goods.
The delivery experience was disappointing. You can expect letdowns with every delivery. Notifications are sent, but trying to modify delivery dates is pointless unless you sign up for a specific service, which still leaves you unable to manage your package. When the courier fails to deliver, they leave it at a faraway pickup location. Consistency is the only thing guaranteed—it's always a frustrating experience!
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. The delivery service consistently fails. From lost packages to incorrect information, it’s always a letdown. Once again, my package is with them, and I can't modify the delivery since I’m unavailable today. I hoped the notification would help, but no—two out of three boxes were left at a random location, while the last one is scheduled for another delivery attempt tomorrow. What sense does that make? The packages are heavy, forcing me to drive to pick them up. It’s frustrating—especially when I had to ask the seller to return an order because they couldn’t find an item. How disorganized can a service be?
You can count on disappointment with each delivery from this service. Notifications are sent, but modifying delivery dates is ineffective unless you sign up for a specific service, which still leaves you unable to manage your package. When the courier fails to deliver, they drop it at a random pickup point across town. At least you can expect the same awful experience every time!
