This is a rubbish company. My item was in Dublin a few hours after leaving Germany then it went to Santry. There was a "mechanical breakdown" and the parcel was static for 24 hours. I rang the laughable "customer service", it seems to be based in India, and a lady read me her little script 3 times. It's now Friday machinery obviously won't be fixed and I won't get my item until at least Monday. I know we are used to poor service in Ireland but this is pathetic especially as it isn't a free service. I would never have picked these it was the seller.Slight update in order to make a claim against ups you need to register with them and hand over your data.
